  • It is recommended to service your air conditioner annually or even every 6 months if it is being used heavily. The most common cause of damage is vermin and geckos inside your unit. Due to air conditioners naturally producing mould this will increase your power bill significantly due to restricting the system’s airflow. Mould that has been building up in you air conditioning unit can also pose health risks, in particular to your respiratory tract.

  • We offer three different levels of services for both ducted and split systems depending on the air conditioner’s condition. We also offer fault identification and repair services as well as installing new air conditioners both ducted and split. We mainly work on domestic/residential however we are available to do commercial.

  • For quotes we do not have a call out fee. During your quote we will show you what is happening with your air conditioner, give you a run down on what service is needed and quote you an upfront price. Depending on our availability we may be able to do the service on the spot. For fault identification we do charge $170 + GST for split system and $280 + GST for ducted systems.

  • We are based in Kenmore and mainly service Western Brisbane, South Brisbane and the Bay Side Area. However, we are available to service all Brisbane areas.

  • We have many different warranty periods depending on your service, e.g. parts warranties range from six months to a year. Daikin system warranty is five years and one year warranty for pipe repairs and copper connections. We recommend you consult with your technician about your warranty.

  • We strongly recommend all Daikin air conditioners. Daikin is the research leader in air conditioning systems and about 10 years ahead of other brands. Daikin does not sell to the public and their systems must be installed by a Certificate 3 holder. They have asthma council approval and in most cases Daikin units will have less mould build up than all other brands.

  • We use all natural food grade, biodegradable products for all cleaning services to not harm the environment. Our sanitation products are based off eucalyptus and tea tree substances and our deodorising product is bio degradable and water based
